lmbToolkit :: instance() should always return the same instance object

While lmbToolkit :: save(), :: restore() are great ways to isolate toolkit changes it's quite inconvenient that after calling lmbToolkit :: save(), lmbToolkit :: instance() returns different object. For speed it would make sense to cache toolkit instance but currently it can't be done with 100% gurantee the cached object is not stale.
