cannot change_controller in site_structure

When goto the above URL I get asked to log in again. When I do, I get logged out somehow. It's a real shame because I would really like to use LIMB for future projects. 

Maybe a pointer to where I should look to fix this problem? Only thing I could think of is  that the permissions on this action are not set. I haven't figured out how I could add the permission for this action.
